A very good meal to have for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, is a protein shake. They are a really good source of protein (hence the name) that can help build your muscles. There are many shake places where you can obtain many different types of yummy shakes. You can also make them at home with shake mix and protein powder from companies such as Herbalife. I have a shake for breakfast every morning because it really fills you up and it keeps you full for awhile. These protein shakes taste so good and I highly recommend trying them.

Imagine a world without sugar. Then, imagine a world with sugar (the one you’re living in). You’re probably thinking “wow the world without sugar sounds awful”, but a world without sugar is actually better than you may think. The world without sugar would be full of happy and healthy people that live their lives without any worry of all the health problems in the world today. The grass would be greener and the smiles on people’s faces would be wider. The world we live in however, is unfortunately full of unhealthy people struggling to live a wonderful life because they have to deal with all of the health problems they may have. Our grass is definitely not as green as it could be, and there are very few wide smiles seen. The health effects of sugar are so severe that cutting it out would be saving you, not hurting you. Not having sugar in your life could potentially solve multiple of the many health problems we have to deal with today. Many people who are on a restricted diet still gain weight even though they are cutting out fats. The reason for this is because they are eating sugar. Sugar is the real culprit of weight gain, not fat. Sugar is very bad for you, and the effects on your body are tragic. The people of America should stop eating so much sugar because of all the negative effects it has on our bodies.
My family and I have very busy lives and it can be hard to fins the time to make healthy meals. An easy solution to this is meal prepping. The first thing you want to do for meal prepping is pick one day once a week to make all the meals. I usually do this on Sunday because it is the least busy for me and its a great start to the new week. The second thing you want to do is pick a meal or two that you wouldn't mind eating all week. All that is left to do is cook it, pack it up, put it in the fridge, and eat it. I have found that this saves so much time and it allows me to eat healthy when I don't have the time to make something healthy.
Is it okay to cheat your meals? Well, my answer is yes. You can cheat when eating your meals but only once and awhile. How long is that, you may ask. I say that it depends on the person. Each person is unique in their own way so, how they digest and process the food they eat is different than everyone else. But cheating your meals too often can cause you to gain the weight you may have or want to lose/lost. Some people say you should never cheat but, having a variety in your diet can be good.Most people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I agree. That's why I think it is important to make sure what you are eating for breakfast is healthy. Starting out the day with a good meal can energize you and help you accomplish things throughout the day. When I I think about what I want to eat for breakfast I try and think of things that will help me get through the day. If you're having trouble waking up in the morning have a cup of coffee with your meal. The warm drink will surely wake you up and the heat will kill off bacteria you may have in your throat. Getting vitamin C is also an important thing yo eat when having your first meal of the day. Getting this can be easy. All you need to do is eat an orange or drink a glass of orange juice.
