Crossfit is a high-intensity fitness program incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise. I participate in crossfit at a crossfit gym in Fargo. Doing crossfit will help you improve in your physical wellness in so many different ways. This is because of the huge variety of things the coaches will have you do. You do things such as weightlifting and running. As a crossfit participant I have seen so much growth in the little amount of time I have been doing it. The main reason I started crossfit was to help improve my dancing. Crossfit is a great way to improve in a school sport or a outside of school sport. You can also do it just for yourself. I highly recommend trying crossfit.

Stretching before and after a workout can prevent injuries and help you gain more mobility. Doing a simple stretch before your workout loosens your muscles so that when you workout it doesn't pull or strain from being non-flexible. Having this flexibility will help gain mobility in older ages so you won't have so much pain. Stretching your hips and hamstrings are very important when working out because most of your mobility come from those areas.Because I am a dancer, I focus on every part of the body when it comes to strengthening muscles. But, I can say that core workouts are the most important of all the strengthening. Your core helps keep your body balanced and strong. Doing multiple ab workouts in one week is very good for dancers turns, leaps, jumps, kicks, and basically any other dance move. I believe you could say this with every other sport as well. If it wasn't for the core we wouldn't be able to do half of the things that we do. One exercise which can be fun is this ab workout to baby shark. youtu.be/LurCQ9XGkt0Many people wonder how many days they should hit the gym and do some heavy lifting. I say, as many times as possible. Lifting will build your strength and continuing to do it as much as you can will only help you grow. I suggest switching it up every once and awhile doing legs one day and arms another. If you can't make it to the gym a certain day, there are many at home workouts you van do that will work just the same. It is okay to take a day off once and awhile but when it becomes longer than that you are just slowing down the muscle building process. Arms and legs are not the only things you can be doing either. I'd say the most important is your core. Do a core workout and a hip exercise to keep your whole body balanced.
