My family and I have very busy lives and it can be hard to fins the time to make healthy meals. An easy solution to this is meal prepping. The first thing you want to do for meal prepping is pick one day once a week to make all the meals. I usually do this on Sunday because it is the least busy for me and its a great start to the new week. The second thing you want to do is pick a meal or two that you wouldn't mind eating all week. All that is left to do is cook it, pack it up, put it in the fridge, and eat it. I have found that this saves so much time and it allows me to eat healthy when I don't have the time to make something healthy.
