Most people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I agree. That's why I think it is important to make sure what you are eating for breakfast is healthy. Starting out the day with a good meal can energize you and help you accomplish things throughout the day. When I I think about what I want to eat for breakfast I try and think of things that will help me get through the day. If you're having trouble waking up in the morning have a cup of coffee with your meal. The warm drink will surely wake you up and the heat will kill off bacteria you may have in your throat. Getting vitamin C is also an important thing yo eat when having your first meal of the day. Getting this can be easy. All you need to do is eat an orange or drink a glass of orange juice.
