Is it okay to cheat your meals? Well, my answer is yes. You can cheat when eating your meals but only once and awhile. How long is that, you may ask. I say that it depends on the person. Each person is unique in their own way so, how they digest and process the food they eat is different than everyone else. But cheating your meals too often can cause you to gain the weight you may have or want to lose/lost. Some people say you should never cheat but, having a variety in your diet can be good.
